We’re looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager to help bring exciting projects to life across Yorkshire, with builds valued up to £8M in a variety of sectors What You'll Do: Work hand-in-hand with the dynamic Site Management and Project Management teams. Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to keep projects running smoothly. Manage resources like labour, materials, and equipment to optimise efficiency. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high level of quality and address any challenges head-on. Uphold health and safety regulations and quality standards every step of the way. What We're Looking For: Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager with a main building contractor or solid experience with a specialist subcontractor. Relevant construction qualifications either working towards a degree in construction management or hold a BTEC in construction. Good understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials. Great communication skills to connect with diverse teams and stakeholders. Relevant certifications (CSCS, SMSTS) are a must.
