Job Title: Programme / Project Manager Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Manchester Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Construction Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 Per annum Benefits: Bespoke package Company: A growing construction business based in Manchester are expanding their team due to a strong pipeline of work. Description: Looking for a Programme / Project Manager to oversee residential planned repair projects across the North West. Offering a bespoke package including car allowance or company car and bonus scheme. Job Duties: Manage and oversee residential planned repair projects across the North West Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project completion Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Required Qualifications: Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management or related field Proven experience as a Programme / Project Manager in the construction industry Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong organisational and time management abilities Experience: Proven experience as a Programme / Project Manager in the construction industry Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of planned repairs, kitchens and bathrooms, repairs and maintenance Ability to effectively manage project schedules, budgets, and resources Strong understanding of health and safety regulations Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification in Project Management Experience working on residential construction projects Working Conditions: This role involves working on-site at various residential construction project locations across the North West. Travel may be required.
