Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior/Quantity Surveyor with groundworks experience looking to be a part of some of leading commercial projects in the Hampshire area. About the role of Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-respected sub- contractor who work alongside VINCI, Balfour Beatty, Beard, Morgan Sindall and many more supplying an amazing groundworks package. Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor Accurate monthly forecasting Producing and sending enquiries with relevant documentation to subcontractors Producing monthly reports and cost value reconciliations Managing any change and producing compensation events Produce, submit, and agree monthly application with the client Liaise with operational and engineering staff Attending weekly progress meetings Working collaboratively with the bid and estimating team Requirements for Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor Degree-qualified in a Quantity Surveying subject or equivalent Experience working on groundworks or similar sector Candidates must be able to prove their eligibility to work in the UK The successful candidate will be rewarded with an outstanding working environment, competitive salary and a generous package including a car allowance and bonuses.
