Senior Project Manager 6 Month Contract Location: Guildford / Home Salary: £600 - £630 per day (Inside IR35) Skills: Estates / Construction projects We are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager for a leading public sector organisation. This is a hybrid role and you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple estates / construction projects. This is an initial 6 month contract with the possibility of an extension. The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple high-profile projects across a large property portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse range of estates development projects, from refurbishments to new builds, ensuring strategic objectives are met. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of multiple estates projects, managing each from inception to completion. Create and present board packs to senior stakeholders, providing clear updates and strategic direction. Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure projects are aligned with long-term estate strategies. Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring cost efficiency and high-quality delivery. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practices. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in managing estates or construction projects, ideally in a public sector or multi-site environment. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and present at board level. Experience in managing budgets, resources, and project risks. Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-impact results across multiple projects.
