Job Description I have a client in Barnstaple, North Devon who needs an Interim Facilities Manager for 3-6 months. There is a chance the job will become permanent, but no guarantee at this stage. It’s a smallish, precision manufacturing site of approx. 250 employees. The focus of the role is on FM contractor management and site safety/ statutory compliance/ HSE. They will consider candidates from ‘co-ordinator’ to ‘senior FM’ level. The day rate is negotiable and will depend on level of experience. Payment can be outside IR35 or agency temp (PAYE).
