We are currently working with one of the leading Construction and Civil Engineering contractors in the UK and Ireland. After a series of successful tenders, they are nw seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee 2 new large Commercial schemes in Cambridge ranging from £50m - £150m Offering a competitive salary, 33 days annual leave, generous pension contributions and life assurance as part of their benefits package. Key Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager: Understand contract requirements (JCT) and tender documentation. Develop procurement strategies and schedules in collaboration with the Quantity Surveying team. Lead the subcontractor procurement process and manage those relationships. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Oversee administrative tasks and maintain positive client relationships About you: Minimum 5 years' experience working at Project Manager level A strong background in construction, previous RC Frame experience particularly.
