Estimator - Construction We have an exciting opportunity for an Estimator to join a highly regarded regional main contractor based in Southampton. The business undertakes projects across a range of sectors including commercial, education, leisure and health care valuing up to £30mil. About this role of Estimator: We have an opportunity for an Estimator to join a reputable regional contractor who have been established for over 100 years. The business prides themselves on their people, and takes every effort to promote from within resulting in longevity with many of their staff members. Responsibilities of this Estimator role: Independently manage the tender process from initial conception Work closely with Surveyors / PMs through second stage tender Assist in mentoring junior members of the staff Requirements for this Estimator role: Experience on negotiated and two stage tenders Have independently tendered projects to £15mil in value Have worked for a main contractor Live in commutable distance to Southampton What we offer for an Estimator: Competitive salary and package Opportunity for progression Join a business in strong financial position This is a fantastic opportunity for an Estimator to join a forward thinking main contractor who are growing at a sustainable pace.
