Primary Industry: Construction, New build Housing, House Building Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 Per annum Benefits: Bonus scheme, car allowance or company car, fuel allowance, private pension scheme, private healthcare, life insurance, additional benefits Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Driving Licence Skills: Traditional house building, PLC Housing A reputable Housing Developer based in the East Midlands is looking for an additional Assistant Site Manager for a brand new project in Northamptonshire. You will be working with a supportive Site Manager on a traditional new build housing project. This is a brand new site, meaning you will be getting involved with all aspects of the build from foundation through to handover.
