A leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy in Leeds is on the lookout for an ambitious and driven Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic and growing team. The Construction Project Manager Role The incoming Construction Project Manager will join a bustling team of 30 professionals which includes Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, CDM & Principal Designers and Building Surveyors as well as four highly experienced partners who are actively engaged in project delivery. You will be joining a company that fosters a close-knit, collaborative atmosphere where every member is involved in driving success. The nature of this multidisciplinary team ensures everything is under the same roof which streamlines project exponentially. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a diverse range of projects spanning the Logistics, Warehousing/Industrial, Residential, Retail, and Commercial sectors, with typical project values ranging from £1m to £15m. With a strong pipeline of Retail and Commercial new builds and refurbishment projects, there's no shortage of exciting opportunities.
