Description

Our client is a fit-out contractor who work on super high end projects in Central London. They're looking for a Senior Estimator to work on a Remote basis with occasional travel to London sites. Responsibilities: Develop detailed cost estimates, including materials, labour, equipment, and subcontracts. Manage the tendering process, evaluate bids from subcontractors, and negotiate terms to achieve the best value for the project. Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate cost overruns. Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project constraints. Identify opportunities for value engineering without compromising on quality or project requirements. Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely estimates. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, highlighting any potential risks or opportunities for cost savings. Ensure all estimates comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies. In return, our client is offering: £70k - £80k package
