We have a role for a main contractor’s Senior Quantity Surveyor which offers the successful candidate the opportunity to rise to MQS level with a south London traditional builder. Head office-based (a salubrious, period property in attractive grounds), the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work on a real variety of mainly non-D&B contracts; from housing and schools to heritage restoration, theatres and leisure / health facilities. The Opportunity; Work on interesting, profitable main contracts and a friendly, team environment. Stable employment with a respected main contractor celebrating it’s centenary this year. Prospects for advancement. Candidate Essentials 15 years’ post qualification experience in main contracting on traditionally let main contracts over £5m in value. Full UK driving licence for traveling from head office to site. Salary; to £80k car package
