Job description Candidate required: Assistant Site Manager Job Type: Temporary Start date: ASAP Industry: Construction Trades Location: Hailsham, East Sussex Rate of Pay: £210 - £240 Level of experience, qualifications & related training: CSCS, SMSTS & 1st Aid Duration required: 3 Months Job description: Assistant Site Manager required for a National House Builder. ITS Building people are looking for an experienced and hardworking Assistant Site Manager to assist our client with a residential project based in Hailsham, East Sussex. This contract will be ongoing, with hours being 7:30 – 4:30, Monday - Friday and there may be an option to work overtime on the weekends. Additional training and a full time contract may be provided for the right candidates. Daily responsibilities will include: Delivering High Volume Builds to HA Partners dealing with COW Dealing with Subcontractors, Site Team & NHBC Requirements for the role A valid CSCS card 1st Aid References upon request SMSTS Full PPE Rates of Pay: · Where a range of rate of pay is quoted the level of experience, qualifications & related training required is the minimum required in order to qualify for the lowest rate of pay quoted.
