Job title: Senior Site Manager Type: Permanent Location: Surbiton, Surrey Salary: £75,000 package Start: September My client is a young business with strong ambition to continue there growth toward establishing themselves as a Major Player in the years to come. They are now seeking a Senior Site Manager in either Residential, Commercial, Mixed-use projectsbetween Surrey and West London. The business is currently turningover circa £100m and pipeline for projects looks very strong. The project is a Prime Residential scheme in the South West London area. The business have big plans for growth in the coming years so it is an exciting time to join a forward thinking business. As no.2 on site, you will be tasked with managing the subcontractors and will also have a team underneath you.
