Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and delivery of architectural projects from concept through to completion. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring adherence to client and organizational expectations. Possess excellent detailing, presentation skills, and creative ability to actively contribute to the architectural design process. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and vision. Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and best practices in sustainable design. Oversee quality control and risk management throughout all project stages. Qualifications: A degree in Architecture with professional accreditation. Minimum of 5 years of experience for the role of Part 3 Architect. Experience in Vectorworks, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A deep passion for design, sustainability, and innovation in architecture.
