Mechanical Project Manager London £70,000 to 75,000 per annum Ref: AWIO Are you an experienced (Mechanically-biased) M&E Project Manager looking to join a globally renowned construction and development company? Be part of groundbreaking projects shaping the skylines of major cities worldwide. Our client is a highly respected and well-established leader in the construction and development sector. With a strong reputation for delivering some of the most ambitious and large-scale projects across the UK and internationally, they are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a background in mechanical engineering to lead and deliver complex construction initiatives. Key responsibilities: The Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for leading the management of planned and unplanned construction development projects from tender to completion. Provide regular updates and report directly to the Senior Project Manager. Oversee the delivery of projects of varying sizes, costs, and timelines, ensuring successful outcomes. The Mechanical Project Manager will be providing support to other members of the projects team (e.g. senior protect managers or project directors) Skills and Background: The Mechanical Project Manager will have a solid background in electrical engineering, with previous experience as an M&E Project Manager handling major construction and development projects valued between £3 million and £5 million. Proven capability to manage projects from tender stage through to completion and final handover. The project manager must have shown the ability to work with and have an understand of managing diverse teams. The project manager must be able to take responsibility for their own workload and provide assistance to others where necessary.
