ARCHITECT - ESSEX - AUTOCAD - HOUSING This company are incredibly excited about their continued upward trajectory from an established base. Having been run very successfully for a number of years, they now have new leaders in place who wanting to push the business to a new level. They are succeeding with their strategy with a growth in their housing projects and are looking to hire a talented Architect to help them reach their current goals. Architect or Experienced Part II - to £40,000. - At least 3 years UK industry experience. - It's highly desirable you have worked on multi-unit residential projects already. - Joining the planning team, working on the front end of schemes. You will be contributing to the design and access statements, preparing planning drawings, design reviews to pitch to client and more. The company use AutoCAD, SketchUP and the Adobe Creative Suite so it's desired you're capable with those tools. This is an office based role so you will be expected to live within a comfortable daily commute
