Job Description Contract Role: Revit Technician/Architect Duration: 4 Months Project: High-Rise Residential/Commercial Stage: 4 (Technical Design/Construction Documentation) Location: Bristol Start Date: ASAP Job Description: A design led practice are seeking an experienced Revit Technician/Architect for a short-term contract role, focusing on a high-rise project currently in Stage 4 (Technical Design). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using Revit for complex architectural projects, particularly in the preparation of detailed construction documentation for high-rise developments. Key Responsibilities: Produce high-quality Revit models and detailed construction drawings for a high-rise project. Collaborate with the design team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical drawings. Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with project timelines and quality standards. Requirements: Proficiency in Revit, with extensive experience in Stage 4 (Technical Design/Construction Documentation) of high-rise projects. Strong understanding of building regulations and standards applicable to high-rise buildings. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
