Quantity Surveyor We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a highly regarded tier 1 main contractor in Tonbridge. The contractor has grown from strength to strength over the last few years and has achieved record profits. They operate out of regional offices across the UK and undertake projects across a range of sectors including logistics, industrial, mixed-use residential and commercial valuing up to £100mil. Projects are administered via JCT forms of contract. About this Quantity Surveyor role: As Quantity Surveyor you will be involved in the project from the pre-construction phase. You will be required to procure and manage various sub-contract packages through to final account. You will be reporting into the Commercial Lead on site and will be contributing to monthly CVRs. Key Responsibilities for this Quantity Surveyor role: Involvement in pre-construction activities Procure sub-contract packages Deal with variations Final accounts Undertake monthly CVRs. Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor role: 3 - 5 years' experience in a Surveying role Have a solid understanding of JCT forms of contract Proven track record of successfully managing sub-contract packages Whats on offer for this Quantity Surveyor role: Salary of up to £55k Car allowance Opportunity for career progression Further training / education This is a fantastic opportunity for either an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who's looking to make a step up or a Quantity Surveyor who's looking for a change.
