Project Manager Liverpool £40,000 - £50,000 ( Car Allowance) Required Experience Seeking or interested in pursuing professional chartership with organisations such as RICS, CIOB, RIBA, or MICE. Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality reports and instructions. Track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects. Experience in preparing winning tender submissions. Role Responsibilities Conducting feasibility studies, site surveys, investigations, and evaluations. Managing project finances from start to finish, including cash flow forecasts, monitoring expenditures, and recommending client payments. Handling contract administration, including JCT and NEC agreements. Managing consultant teams to ensure compliance with contract specifications. Addressing deviations from specifications and budget with the client. Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations throughout project delivery. Providing regular reports to clients on project aspects, including inspections and scheduling, and overseeing acceptance of works under contract provisions.
