Project Quantity Surveyor l High end residential l New Build This specialist super-prime luxury home builder has an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor with high quality, luxury, one off designed property experience. You will be the Project Quantity Surveyor on a £5.5m new build house in Sunningdale, Berkshire. The role will be hybrid working between their office in Surrey, the site and a day from home. The project is about to start on site and will consist of one luxury 6-bedroom house, with adjoining indoor pool and spa, gym, cinema and guest rooms. For this Quantity Surveyor role, you will have new build, high end residential experience and will have worked for recognised super-prime home builders. 5yrs UK Quantity Surveying experience is required and you will have good knowledge of specialised luxury finishing's.
