Air Conditioning Project Manager required, based London/South East. Basic up to c£58k£6k car allowance & bonus. Would suit a lead or senior install engineer looking to progress. COMPANY/BENEFITS- Air Conditioning Project Manager Be part of an expanding team, mentored by an experienced Manager, who'll provide training and guidance. Excellent career opportunities to develop into a more senior role. THE ROLE- Air Conditioning Project Manager You'll be managing a number of projects both on-site and from the office, ranging from £5k-£1.5m in value around London and the South of England. Focusing on Splits/VRF installations, plus additional ductwork into offices, retail units, hotels, apartment blocks and other commercial sites. Overseeing a team of on-site installers, you'll be responsible for health & safety, quality, programme of works, ordering of materials, agreeing variations and monitoring of cost and budget. Working closely with the Site & Project teams of the mechanical and main contractor, you'll be attending site and programme meetings as required. Assisting with any pre-construction works as required to include tendering for future projects. THE PERSON- Air Conditioning Project Manager We're seeking an Air Conditioning Installation engineer, ideally with experience as Lead Engineer, Senior Engineer, Site Supervisor looking to get off the tools or those with experience as a Site or Project Manager. Ability to lead install teams and control a site, with understanding of health and safety, site programmes and client management experience. SMSTS/CSCS card required. Triple CSCS preferred but not essential. IT literate on excel and word packages to write reports. Full driving licence required, ideally with your own car for travelling to sites. THE PACKAGE- Air Conditioning Project Manager Basic in the c£50-58k bracket, with £6k car allowance. Bonus paid on profitability on project completion or orders gained. Mileage paid, with travel card incentives for London travel. THE LOCATION- Air Conditioning Project Manager Ideally you'll be based near to London or within easy access of the M25. The office is based near Camden where you'll spend some of your week and on-site on projects currently spread around the South of the UK
