Project Manager – Iconic Project Our client is construction contractor, whose growth and expansion in recent years has made them an exciting name in the UK construction scene. They work across a wide range of construction projects and have developed a solid, professional reputation. They’re looking to recruit a high calibre Project Manager to join them on a £33m commercial refurbishment (including cut & carve & fit out) for a global brand in Covent Garden. Duties will include overseeing all areas of day to day site activity through to completion. Their ideal candidates will already possess: A minimum of 10 years industry experience. Experience of being No.1 on medium to large scale construction projects from groundworks through to completion. Previous experience as Project Manager with main contractors. Some cut & carve / structural alterations experience would be an advantage.
