About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager on behalf of our esteemed client, for two sites based in Finchley. This exciting opportunity is for a prime residential and fit out project that demands a skilled professional ideally with a background in high end residential projects. Key Responsibilities: ? Oversee and manage all on-site activities to ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget ? Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors ? Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards ? Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration ? Monitor progress, prepare reports, and ensure project documentation is up-to-date ? Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly Requirements ? Extensive experience in construction, with a significant focus on refurbishment and conversion projects ? Proven track record of managing projects involving steel frame extensions (airspace) ? Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively ? Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail ? In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards ? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills ?
