Confirmed projects are at record levels, meaning the potential for career growth could be as quick as you want it to be. Quantity Surveyor (to take on two/three projects) Projects £1m to £5m in central London Cut & Carve, Demolition, structural alterations, strip out This company have found a niche, targetting and focussing on projects around £4m/£5m that ordinarily are too large/complex for subcontractors and too small for the tier one enabling/demolition contractors. There's a huge amount of specialist, highly profitable work at this level across central London, working as a principal contractor diectly for clients/consultants. Whilst you don't necessarily need demolition/enabling experience, you will need experience with projects in central London - largely due to the unique nature and complexity/challenges.
