They are well-known for their larger scale residential buildings, alongside other notable buildings across sectors. You'll be working on a variety of exciting, large-scale, mixed-use developments across the UK. You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality buildings across various project scales and complexities, including both new-builds and within historic settings. Leadership, communication skills, impeccable design ability, and delivery experience are essential for this role. You should be confident in dealing with clients and contractor teams, be a proactive team player with a collaborative mindset, and have an in-depth understanding of technical design standards and legislation. Proficiency in Revit and strong visual and verbal communication skills are also required.
