Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor or recently promoted Project Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s team. This role is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to step up to Project QS level or those already at Project QS level who are keen to further develop their skills over the next few years. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of quantity surveying for a range of projects from £50K to £30M Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and accurate quotations for projects Monitor project financials and ensure that they stay within budget Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Oversee contract administration and ensure project milestones are met Provide regular reporting and analysis to support decision-making Work on diverse projects, including prime residential, commercial offices, and private education Key Requirements: Proven experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or recently promoted to Project QS Strong understanding of construction processes and contract administration Experience with MS Project and ASTA Powerproject Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (or equivalent experience) Eligible to work in the UK Why Apply?
