Senior Project Manager Overview We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading company in the luxury interior design and construction industry. With over 25 years of experience, our client has a strong reputation for delivering exceptional luxury interiors and complete turnkey operations for prime residential, retail, and commercial environments. This is an exciting opportunity to work with notable corporate clients and discerning private individuals, overseeing high-end retail and prime residential projects. Our client also acts as a main contractor, overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish. Responsibilities Lead and manage high-end retail and prime residential projects from inception to completion. Act as the main contractor, coordinating with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Oversee procurement, manufacturing, and installation processes to ensure quality and timely delivery. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide project updates and ensure client satisfaction. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance requirements. Projects/Sectors You will have the opportunity to work on prestigious projects for internationally elite private clients, developers, and world-renowned retail stores and brand concessions. This role will involve overseeing the creation and installation of exceptional luxury interiors for retail, commercial, and residential environments, working closely with discerning individuals for their private residences.
