Senior Quantity Surveyor/Cost Consultant - Client Side - Up to £92,000 Package - Birmingham (2 Days Per Week) Your new company You will be working for one of the UK's leading hospitality organisations overseeing a growing diverse property portfolio with over 1400 properties on new developments, capital projects and ongoing maintenance. You will be working as a Senior PQS with the view to taking on further managerial responsibilities in the future as you develop with the organisation. Your new role Management of external QS providers and performance Tendering Procurement Budgeting for maintenance and capital works Management of external contractors and suppliers Cost Management and overseeing financial terms Preparing budgets to cover all maintenance and capital works Cost Auditing Working closely with other senior stakeholders on maintenance and capital expenditure Ensuring compliance with H&S What you'll need to succeed MRICS Experience working as a Professional QS or Cost Manager/Cost Consultant Experience of delivering projects within the hospitality/leisure industries would be a bonus.
