Freelance Senior Estimator –High End Residential Main Contractor - SW London Future Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Estimator to work on a freelance basis for a small but well-established High End Residential Main Contractor in South West London. The company specialises in projects ranging from general refurbishments, new extensions, complete house renovations, basement extensions and one off new build luxury houses. We are seeking an experienced Estimator to work alongside the Managing Director to price and prepare tender submissions with a focus on high-end residential projects ranging from £500k to £1.5m in Central London and Surrey.
