Quantity Surveyor- Topglass, Toomebridge We are delighted to partner with Topglass, a specialist façade sub-contractor operating across the UK and Ireland from its base in Northern Ireland. Having just set a new company best for contract awards in 2024, this is an exciting time to join a highly ambitious company, with huge projects in the pipeline. As a Quantity Surveyor at Topglass, you will manage all costs related to all glazing and façade projects, from initial estimates to final account. Your goal is to ensure value for money while delivering quality projects within budget and on schedule. Will this role suit you? It’s for somebody eager to carve out a long-term successful QS career, where staff training & development is front and centre. It’s for somebody who wants diversity in their job role, who wants to be busy and work with a team of highly driven and commercially focused professionals. You’ll wear a lot of hats- bid management, leading estimators, negotiating with the supply chain and post-contract duties. Attention to detail is key, as is the ability to build relationships with & influence internal and external stakeholders. Topglass has a strong family ethos, but as part of a much bigger group, have the perks and structure of a large business. You’ll be happy with a couple of days per month, of travel. What will progression look like? Depending on what your aspirations are, you could progress into a senior or management role, within the Commercial function of the business.
