We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our clients team in London & Kent (Orpington office). Strictly experience in retro fit EWI/IWI/CWI, ASHPs, Solar Panels, Loft Insulation, Roofing, Heat pumps, ground pumps Full UK driving licence Excel – intermediate Users Ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of monthly reporting Extensive experience in commercial management and procurement of subcontractors Previous experience of working with bill of quants, schedules of rates, design and build contracts etc. Previous experience of construction/retrofit or fabric upgrades are preferred Professional Qualification (e.g. HNC/HND/Degree/Diploma) or equivalent The Quantity Surveyor would be required to oversee and manage the projects, assess project costs and budgets, be self-motivated with good communication and organisation skills, be able to work independently or in a team.
