We are currently looking for a Surveyor for a client office in Orpington. Requirements: Strictly experience in retro fit EWI/IWI/CWI, ASHPs, Solar Panels, Loft Insulation, Roofing, Heat pumps, ground pumps Previous experience surveying or estimating within the construction industry and having knowledge of the financial and contractual controls required on a contract4 GCSE’s including maths and English, NVQ level 3, professional qualification or equivalent Professional industry Standard or equivalent Full UK driving licence Operational awareness Financial awareness Excel – intermediate Users Previous experience of construction/retrofit or fabric upgrades are preferred Professional Qualification (e.g. HNC/HND/Degree/Diploma) or equivalent Salary is negotiable based upon experience.
