A new opportunity for a Construction Project Manager with an independently owned, and well established Construction Consultancy based in Nottinghamshire. They have a great team based out of their east midlands office and also have a highly successful presence in the London market. They work from inception to completion on projects across a wide variety of sectors including private residential, education and commercial as well as having successfully delivered projects in the arts, leisure and conservation fields. Primarily larger new builds but with a good range of refurbishments and smaller projects as well. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a professional and accomplished team working on a really good variety of projects. We're now looking for a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As they work across the full project lifecycle we are anticipating suitable backgrounds be from either construction consultancy or client side, however the right outlook and personality is of key importance to our client. Certainly you must be from a Construction background and we would also look for a relevant qualification at degree level in a construction related subject. You must also already be based within commuting distance of this role in Nottingham and have the right to work in the UK.
