My client is an award winning social new build housing specialist looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their business on a full time permanent basis. You will have forged your career to date with a regional or national contractor in the residential and housing sector. Experience specifically of new build social housing would be advantageous but not essential. Typically projects are based in and around Yorkshire where you will be required to oversee new build projects, visiting site weekly to ensure all is going to plan from the QS standpoint. In addition to salary and benefits my client does offer an annual bonus scheme. Please send a CV in the first instance.
