Job description We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs relating to fire protection. As a Quantity Surveyor you will be given full guidance and support to complete all aspects of commercial management and contract procurement. Responsibilities - Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities- Evaluate and negotiate variations in contracts- Perform cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work- Conduct risk assessments- Provide advice on contractual claims- Monitor progress and ensure projects meet quality standards Experience - Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor- Strong knowledge of fire protection- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in cost control If you are a meticulous Quantity Surveyor with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality projects, we would love to hear from you.
