Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - Structural Steel Location: London Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work with a leading company specialising in structural steel . This exciting role involves working on a variety of large-scale projects, ensuring the effective management of costs and budgets across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities: Managing all costs related to structural steel projects from initial estimates to final accounts. Liaising with contractors, clients, and project teams to ensure budgetary compliance and project efficiency. Preparing detailed valuations, reports, and costings for each stage of the project. Managing contracts and tenders, ensuring all documentation is compliant and up-to-date. Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the structural steel industry. Proven experience managing budgets for projects valued at £2M. Strong knowledge of contracts, tenders, and cost control. Ability to work both remotely and attend sites as needed across the UK and Ireland.
