New valuations opportunity in the Northwest My Local Authority client is seeking an Interim Valuations Surveyor to join their team. The role would entail responding to audit queries and overseeing the management of the external valuations along with around 100 operational assets to value in house. Open to either full-time or part-time work, the main importance is finding an individual with a deep knowledge and understanding of both valuations and auditing, is this you? Office attendance: Once a week (Mondays) Contract length: Initial 3 months (potential of an extension) MRICS: Essential Registered Valuer: Essential My client is looking to fill this position as soon as possible, with Interviews taking place from 16 th December.
