Job title: Assistant Site Manager Sector: Construction, Housing Thorn Baker are working with a leading House Builder are looking for a freelance Assistant Site Manager for a traditional new build housing project in Market Harborough. This position is due to start on the 21st October. Job Duties: Assist the Site Manager in overseeing all aspects of the construction project Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and suppliers Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site Monitor progress and quality of work being carried out Assist in the management of site personnel Required Qualifications: CSCS, SSSTS, SMSTS, First Aid, Driving Licence Experience: Proven experience in PLC House Building, managing new build housing projects
