Site Manager West Yorkshire Local Contractor £50k - £55k Car / Allowance Benefits Our client is a local contractor with a t/o of c£10m who specialise in delivering projects across the health and social housing sectors. They have a new build affordable housing scheme in Bradford due to kick off in the coming weeks and are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a background working with regional build contractors with a proven track record of delivering affordable housing and care home projects with a trades background. Responsibilities will include; Working closely with a visiting Contracts Manager but be able to work autonomously Site build from the inception to handover Health and Safety Ensuring site is completed to time and budget constraints Liaison with client and building control Control and monitoring of sub-contractors Take offs Ideal candidate must have; Previous affordable housing experience Excellent attention to detail Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Solid job history with long term positions at known contractors SMSTS CSCS Management First Aid Certificate This is a great opportunity to join a renowned contractor who look to progress their staff, they have a healthy balance sheet, solid client base and strong reputation in their marketplace
