Description

We are currently working with a rapidly expanding electrical contractor with a turnover of £15m and a strong upcoming order book of projects in partnership with leading main contractors who require an electrical site manager to work on an £7m electrical commercial scheme in Liverpool Street. You will have an involvement from the very beginning of the scheme which will last for 12 months. Duties: Engaging with and attending meetings with the Project Management team. Confirming design plans with surveyors, architects, and engineers. Managing and overseeing the construction plans. Procurement of building materials and equipment. Ensuring the project is always within construction time constraints and budgets. Managing and developing relationships with your teams. Liaising on behalf of the company with the client. Provide Weekly and monthly plans and forecasts to clients and management team. Sign off to pay an attractive salary or day rate and an opportunity to join a very well respected contractor with an exciting order book for the coming years
