Park Avenue Recruitment are currently working with a Local Authority in the Southeast who are looking for an Interim Estate Surveyor who can come in and manage their commercial portfolio. The role will require you to carry out rent reviews and lease renewals and deal with landlord and tenant issues. You will also be expected to assist with the disposal of surplus assets and land disposals. Previous Local Authority experience is essential for this position, RICS membership is desirable but is not essential.
