Civils Site Agent/ Site Manager - York Full time - Freelance Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experiencedSite Manager to oversee a City Centre redevelopment project in York. Responsibilities: Completing daily records of works, raise observations and report incidents Producing and reviewing RAMS for all activities on site. Updating and reviewing programme for all works carried out on site Ensure Inductions, RAMS briefings and TBT are completed Requirements: Good knowledge and understanding of NEC4 Contracts Demonstrate strong communication skills IT skills Valid UK Driving Licence Proven experience in managing a civil works contract and knowledge of industry standards and methodologies Experience with subcontractor management and site supervision Qualifications: SMSTS CSCS First Aid at Work CITB Temporary Works SMSTS This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Approach Personnel Ltd that is operating as an employment business.
