Site Manager - House Building Projects Your new company You will be working for an established and reputable contractor within the construction industry who specialises in house building projects across the UK. This company is an award-winning contractor who displays their commitment to creating long-lasting and sustainable constructed residences. Due to growth within the organisation, they are looking for a Site Manager within the Nottingham area. Your new role Your role as a site Manager will include, but not limited to, supervising construction from start to finish, maintaining high levels of quality, managing and delegating tasks within your team, managing resources including equipment, and budgets to optimise operations and carrying out extensive health and safety checks to meet industry and company standards. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed, you will have experience working as a Site Manager for a Tier One Contractor. Also, you will have a CSCS card, SMSTS qualifications and have effective communication skills and attention to detail. Degree qualifications are desired, but not essential.
