Our mission TODD Architects are a client focused, multi award-winning practice with studios in Belfast, London, Dublin and Manchester. Due to continued successes and recent commissions we are seeking to expand our aviation and industrial teams. We are currently seeking Architects with experience in these sectors. The roles will be permanent, full time, based in Belfast and the ideal candidates should have 10 years post-qualification experience with personal involvement on similar project typologies. Revit proficiency is desirable however an intermediate knowledge level is suitable as we can provide further training. Knowledge of the Building Regulations, specification & report writing and technical awareness will be important. Key Areas of Responsibility The successful candidates will have an opportunity to work on a number of projects in this key sector at various RIBA work stages. Skills and experience required Architect, ARB registered with circa 10-years post-qualification experience. Revit ability (intermediate). Working knowledge of Statutory Approval processes. Good technical knowledge, construction detailing ability, specification writing. Knowledge of Building Regulations and British / European Standards required. Previous experience in Aviation, Industrial or similar sectors. A team player with good interpersonal skills. Motivated, enthusiastic, creative and flexible person who can work well in a team or independently. Excellent written communication skills. Ability to lead a design team. Site experience. Opportunities for cross-studio collaboration with our London, Dublin and Manchester studios. Must be eligible to work in Northern Ireland / UK. Current driving license.
