With a large proportion of their work coming from recommendation and repeat business. Role: Project Manager – Central London – Up To £90,000 Pension Expensed Travel Healthcare Bonus Responsibilities: Planning, develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Manage the construction team, including subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel. Identify potential risks to the project Client Communication, act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations. Ensure that the project adheres to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel. Reporting and Documentation, Maintain thorough documentation throughout the project. The ideal candidate will have: Strong attention to detail.
