About the role of Project Manager: Exciting Project Manager opportunity in East London for a leading residential developer. Working on a 1,000 unit, RC frame apartment scheme, overseeing mainly the external envelope including frame and facade. Responsibilities for Project Manager: Understand external elements, overseeing the frame and facade. Manage a team of up to 16 Managers. Helping to implement new procedures Communication with sub contractors Liaising with clients Day to day support with running of site Requirements for Project Manager: Overseen the externals multiple times on residential projects, including frame and facade. Experience working on residential and housing projects. Been no2 on Site. Managed a team of over 8 Managers
