Job Title: Site Manager Location: Yorkshire and the Humber, West Yorkshire, Leeds Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Monday to Friday Primary Industry: Construction, New build housing, House Building Salary: £56000 - £68000 Per annum Benefits: Car allowance or company car, fuel allowance, bonus scheme, private pension and healthcare Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, NVQ Level 6, Full UK Driving Licence Skills: New build housing, Site Management Company Branding: A Quality focused Housing Developer based in Yorkshire are looking for a Site Manager to join a new development in Leeds. They offer a personal training and development programme to support with progression. Job Duties: Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction site Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors Maintain quality control throughout the construction process Manage project timelines and budgets Required Qualifications: SMSTS certification CSCS certification First Aid certification NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management Full UK Driving Licence Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience as a number 1 Site Manager overseeing a new build housing site. Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of new build housing construction Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Working Conditions: This role will require on-site presence and may involve working in various weather conditions.
