The Role As a Senior Project Manager , you will lead and oversee large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time , within budget , and to the highest standards. This role will require strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to inspire and drive teams to success. Key Responsibilities Full Project Leadership: Managing all aspects of projects valued between £40m-£90m. Client Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Team Management: Leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects to the highest standards. Programme Control: Ensuring works are completed on time and in accordance with programme schedules. Health & Safety Compliance: Promoting and enforcing the highest safety standards across all activities. Financial Oversight: Managing project budgets, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency. The Ideal Candidate Proven experience managing projects valued over £40m, preferably within a main contractor environment. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams. Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and commercial awareness.
