Job Title: Project Manager Location: Greater Manchester Salary: £55,000 - £68,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent City Calling is recruiting on behalf of a leading client for an experienced Project Manager based in Greater Manchester. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, coordinating teams and resources effectively. Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery within financial constraints. Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices, maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the construction & development industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate project teams. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations. Thorough understanding of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Agile. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Qualifications: BSc or MSc in Project Management CSCS Card SMSTS Certificate Minimum relevant level 4 qualification (HNC/NVQ4 etc) or equivalent.
