Park Elliott are delighted to be working with an industry leader in the Fitout industry, in the recruitment of an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis. With a reputation in delivering a variety of prestigious projects throughout Europe and internationally, this contractor is seeking to strengthen their Commercial team to keep up with project demands. This position will play a key role in the commercial management of a range of high-end and diverse projects, collaborating closely with the Project Management team in a client-facing capacity. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and submitting valuations. Compiling variation quotations. Procuring and managing sub-contractor accounts. Collecting and overseeing subcontractor documentation. Reviewing main contract documents and providing contractual advice to the project team. Preparing Monthly CVR/Cost Reports and final accounts. Implementing value engineering and risk management strategies. You are expected to be a self-directed professional, driven by goals and deadlines, with strong technical skills to assess design, contractual, and technical documents. You should be proficient at identifying both commercial risks and opportunities. Essential Criteria: A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. 5 years experience in a similar role. Proficient IT skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a critical mindset and technical expertise. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
